I live in Bennington, a beautiful town in Vermont. Bennington is worth the visit from anywhere. I use an age-old family recipe from my grandmother, which uses zero shortcuts and preservatives. I take pride in the quality of my shortbread, which is why I make it by hand and use only
the finest ingredients.
My homemade shortbread can be found at many local events and farmers’ markets, including Bennington, Vermont. It comes in a wide variety of flavors. These include traditional flavor, cranberry, pecan, chocolate chip, chocolate with pecan nuts on top, and shortbread molds imprinted with a thistle, the national flower of Scotland.
Apart from these, I also bake for weddings, birthdays, and special occasions of any kind. The shortbread bites are always a hit.

Caroline's Scottish Bakery Located in Beautiful Bennington, VT.
My Scottish Shortbread along with other products is baked with hands of love. I am originally from Glasgow Scotland, My life partner Mogens Rehm-Brandt is Danish from the city of Nyborg, Denmark. Together we operate Caroline's Scottish Bakery.. We enjoy Baking shortbread in various flavors. This delicious Recipe is handed down
from my Grandmother. We offer other mouth watering treats to
satisfy any consumer including Danish Pastries made with Marzipan.
